I was on this back in the summer and gave up! Back now and very determined to tone up and look better!! Need to stay motivated :D anyone else in the same boat? :)

    I am also in this boat. I suffered an injury and just gave up. I'm now back at it, and ready to move forward. Good Luck to you.
