Fresh Start

I was on this back in the summer and gave up! Back now and very determined to tone up and look better!! Need to stay motivated anyone else in the same boat?

  I am also in this boat. I suffered an injury and just gave up. I'm now back at it, and ready to move forward. Good Luck to you.
