I just want to share a recent database I recently discovered while looking for some nutritional values. It's the, "USDA National Nutrient Database."

I'm sure most of you have located this extensive list of food nutrition. If so, excuse my repetition in posting this. Thank you.

    Checked out, I had to work my brain a little bit. But, guess you could say that's working more muscles. Thanks for the info it will come in mighty handy in figuring up recipes and such.
