Makes many people ill, and to take as much, proportionately, that they gave rats to make it helpfull would break a rich man. And that is assuming that it would work the same on humans as did on rats at that huge dosage.

I tried it but it didn't help me lose any weight. you have to take it 45 minuets before your meal twice a day. wait the 45 minuets to eat. all it did for me was mke me sleepy. I wouldn't advise it.

I just went to a dietitian and asked about it just yesterday. She said it is just researchers have found it helps with warding off things like a tendency toward cancer - but not for weight loss.
