20 Pounds Down, Halfway There. Pics and NSV

To try to keep my eye on the prize this holiday season I did a few things to help me see how far I have come.
I tried on an old pair of pants that used to be tight and now are too big (in fact my current pants are much too big in the waist)
I laid my current pants on top of my bigger pair I used to wear, and saw how much smaller they were.
I finally took a picture of me in the same tank top I wore when I took a progress pic of when I was my heaviest so I could actually see the difference 20 pounds made.
Then when I went boxing day shopping I bought a new pair of jeans. I had been wearing size 12-14 at my heaviest. The pair of pants I bought were size 8 and they fit a touch loose (I still have lots of fat and don't like buying snug pants as my fat bulges over the top and make me feel big and bloated). I could have fit in a size 6 if I went with a snug fit.
I also wore for the first time a dress I bought a year ago that was a cute dress but wasn't something I could wear till I had lost weight. I was shocked when I put it on and it looked good.

It's been a tough month to stay on track, and we won't celebrate xmas till the 4-6th of January so it's still gonna drag out more which will be hard, so I am hoping doing things like this will help to keep me thinking about the journey and keep me/get me back on track as needed.
