    It's not really the age; it's the age the woman tries to get (much) younger men. Like, 40 going for a 25 year old. Personally I hate that term; if a 40 year old woman can snag a 25 year old guy, all the power to her (or the guy needs help).

    agreed, and what if it was the other way around, would the guy be considered a cougar as well?

    I agree.....the age gap is what defines being a cougar. Personally, cougar for me is dating anyone that isn't old enough to have a child the age of my oldest son (16) and I'm 37. That would be too weird for me. Don't find MILF or Cougar offensive....actually it's a compliment!
