Which one can I buy from my local Wal-Mart actually works? For example, Slim Fast. Please spare me the comments about how it doesn't teach you long term healthy eating habits or how it's a fad diet. I know that
I want something quick and temporary. So what I was wondering is which one is the healthiest way to go that actually WORKS? I want to shed some pounds quickly and worry about the health part later. Slim Fast seems to have a lot of carbs and only 10g of protein.

i always go for the one with a least amount of cals and most protein. I drink hem everyday for breakfast because they are easy but still lunch and dinner....0

body fortress 100% whey protein is what i use......25g of protein per 8oz serving.....only $15 for the big a** jug....mix with fat free milk....ive only tried chocolate, im sur ethe other flaviors arent bad but you cant really go wrong with chocolate
