Snacks!

Looking for ideas for healthy snack options, especially while following high protein diet. My problem is at 9pm... every night at this time I need something to satisfy my late night craving! Many many thanks!

I like greek yogurt with berries or honey as my late night snack!0

I am the same but have found cracker bread and light Philadelphia garlic and herb to be really good alternative with very little calories. Good luck and let me know if you get any other good ideas.0

My snacks are Banannas and String Cheese. I rotate them during the week.0

Drink water first 1 glass. Wait after 15 minutes. If still hungry eat 1 small box of raisins ( 100 calories only) or an apple.0

A few almonds and some greek yogurt or cut up a beautiful apple.0
