[Men] Can you Post your BMR, TDEE, and Calories per day?

I'm trying to get a sense of where folks are. I'm 37, 5'10", 32% BF, 246 lbs. My stats:
BMR: 1990-2000 (depending on Calc, using Katch-McArdle formula).
TDEE: Stated TDEE for sedentary is 2500 or so (I calculated against sedentary so I could control the eat-back of calories)
Calories Consuming Per Day: I'm eating around 2100 plus eating back exercise calories.

50, 6'6", 224 lbs., ~18% BF. BMR is calculated at 2177, TDEE around 3000, I eat 2400 calories per day (TDEE-20%, no exercise calories eaten back).0

52 years old, my BMR IS 2000, my TDEE IS 2500, currently 250 lbs, started at a high weight of 356, 5 ft 11 inch tall, have been eating 1200 calories for 6 months, I am planning on upping my calories 200 per day each month until I get to maintenence in 7 months. I average my calories by the week and by the month, my calories per day range anywhere from 3500 calories down to zero. I also plan to up my exercise time each month for the next seven months.0

So you are eating at 1200 calories with a BMR of 2000? BMR around 2400, TDEE approx 3400, eating about 2800/day on average even though set at 2500 (keeps my friends honest when they judge good vs bad days).
Oh and 32, 5'10" 220 and approx 15% body fat0 -

BMR 1856, TDEE 2699, TDEG 2127 (target calories consumed for weight loss)
TDEE is based on a certain level of exercise, so no exercise calories are eaten back. ("In place of roadmap" approach)0 -

I am eating 2295 calories a day.
I do not eat back exercise (already figured in). HIIT Cardio and Strength (Weights) 32-60 minutes daily, 6-7 days a week.
(FYI--tried 1580 Calories for three weeks prior.....using the MFP computation and eating back exercise..........but wasn't losing lbs. and discovered TDEE method, which I'm pleased with.)0 -

How have folks decided the level of activity to use in the TDEE calculation? Sedentary, light, moderate, and heavy are very amorphous categories. And how do folks who use TDEE-20% method account for varied activity levels across the week? This thread is incredibly helpful for me - thanks to all who've taken the time to submit. Keep 'em coming!0

One thing that needs to be taken into consideration is that TDEE is the number of calories one needs to consume during maintenance. This means if one has assumed calorie restriction for some time, their RMR has reduced which in turn lowers TDEE. Thus, a person's adjusted TDEE will be lower than what it actually is if they were maintaining.0 -
19' 5'4 with a BMR of fourteen hundred something and TDEE of nineteen hundred something. I weight 54KG, currently trying to gain with a goal of 2200-2500kcal daily, which varies of how hungry I am.0

I eat back about 30% of my exercise calories
I am a part-time desk jockey - very sedentary (unless typing is an exercise) - until I get on job sites then I am very active. I do not adjust up for those very active times. I stay on the conservative side.0 -
I read a little on the TDEE method but haven't tried it yet.
I am 6'1 - 30 years old. Sitting at 248 pounds down from 290.
I am trying to lose 2 pounds a week and MFP has me on 1670 calories per day.
BMR calculator = 2334.14.
I have my settings at sedentary (i work out at least 3 times a week, but I work in the video game industry so have sometimes very long days of nothing but sitting.)
I am (mostly) eating back my exercise calories, but i generally have some left over on those days. My exercises in the past couple months have been weaker than usual because I am recovering from ACL reconstruction. (5 months post OP)
I'm am currently steadily losing - but I have been very curious if I should switch to the TDEE method. My goal weight is 220. Currently sitting at around 29% body fat.0 -

I have tried different calculators online for TDEE and they give me numbers from 2500-29000 -

Over the past month I tried to really ramp up my fat loss - Big Fail. I was eating an average of 1350 per day and lost nothing.
I am 5 10 and 180, approx 16% bf. During this time my core body temperature dropped to around 96.5% and that is where I am currently. So I am assuming my metabolism is shot about now. Trying to get the temperature back up by eating more, around 2500/day until it gets up into the 98 range again.
I am not sure how many I will need to consume then to continue my fat loss. This is a work in process.0 -
