Hello!

Im doing this for the first time in my life. I dont want to sound like a jerk at all because Im in the same boat as everyone.. Ive been thin and a gym rat and have eaten really healthy all my adult life. Nothing has changed but I have put on 20 lbs in the last 2 years.. Kind of freaked out by that. So Im here to track and learn ... I am clueless when it comes to tracking every little thing but I need to find the problem. I hope I can find the support I need. Luckily Im single and dont have to worry about anyone elses food except mine

Welcome, first off, if MFP put you at 1200 calories, the first thing you do is ignore that and eat at least 1400 calories.
Stay committed, exercise, log truthfully and avoid FAD diets.
    Then you'll do great.
