Mediterranean Diet

I would like to know if anyone is on it and if it works. I have tried doing calorie counting and it did work but for some reason i can't get back on it. I feel really discouraged right now with the whole counting calories. grrr. please help

The mediterranean diet is more about food choices then calorie counting.
It just means that you'd be eating different types of food, rather than it taking the role of calorie counting. You'd still need to watch your total energy consumption the same as if you were following an American style diet or and Asian style diet.0 -

I've been eating/cooking the Mediterranean Diet lifestyle for over a year...gained a bit but now losing while continuing this lifestyle. Is anyone else here doing it too?0
