Hi all from UK, so far so good.

Just thought I would pop in and say a quick hello.

Not normally a forum poster, more of a lurker most of the time.

Started tracking my calories 01/01/2013 as the wine and rich food are doing me no good, and im not getting any younger (37).
Start weight of 184lbs and a current goal of 154lbs, Male 37 5' 4''. Daily goal 1200 but usally add to that with cycle training.
13.8lbs lost so far, so all is going well.

Anyway thats me.

    Training can help massively with your progress, plus at 5'4" you might have the potential to make an awesome competitive weightlifter!
  • Hi Dan, am from Ireland but not so far away and the same challenges with beating the cold rainy winter! A lot of UK foods are on the database which is great.
