Weighed in this morning not knowing what to expect really and FINALLY!!!!!!! I was so shocked to see that 1 instead of the 2 that i just stood there and cried; what an amazing feeling. Been busting my behind this past month and i'm so glad to be here...that it really is possible to change once you get into the right mindset. WOOHOOO :D

    Congrats! I remember when I stepped on the scale and saw a one instead of a two! I actually thought for a second there was something wrong with my scale because I hadn't seen the 100's in almost 10 years! Once I was under 200 there was no turning back! I wish you the best of luck on your journey, and keep up the awesome work! :)
