5'2 TDEE BMR how fast can I loose?

Hi Guys! I need your advice.
I have been reading the forum lately and i want to check if I understood it correctly.
My CW 60 kg / 132 lbs and my GW is 52 kg / 115 lb. I am 160cm / 5'2 'tall' :bigsmile:
Should I be eating anything between my TDEE which is 1724 and my (sedentary) BMR is 1368, in order to loose fat?

If i set my daily goal to 1368 and eat back my calories on a workout day (at least until I net 1368) I should be fine right?

Also I'd what i'dd like to know is: With these setting i'm only loosing 1 kg a month.... is that how it supposed to be, or can I do something in order to loose faster (lets say 2 kg a month)?:embarassed:

    i am 5.2 ft and i eat 1370 a day and when i exercise i eat back all my exercise cals! i have never lost huge amounts a month, usually -.5- 1.5 max. I had it steady though, so what was good. it took me a year to lose 20 lbs. i started at 142 and now i am 117.6 goal of 115. haven't reached it yet, just seem to bounce around 116-119 since dec.

    it just seem like a long process for so little weight.
    it's so tempting to try and speed it up by not eating exercise calories back. but so far, everytime i lost weight....it would slowly creep back. i want it to go for good!

    yes it is very frustration 100% i know how you feel. I figured i woudl lose it quickly, everyone i knew lost a good 20 lbs in a few months. BUT there was i only losing sometimes 0.5 a month! I quit pop, fast food, etc i was exercising for the 1st time ever. I logged everything, i weighted my food and measured everything, i wanted to give up so many times! especially i figured at least 5 lbs a month and i had a beach vacation trip planned 2 months after i started my changes, so i thought i would look so much better..... but i am glad i didn't give up. One year to the day i was 20 lbs less.... i went from a juniors size 11 to a juniors size 3 now. i knew i wanted to be at least 130 but i knew in my heart i really wanted to be back to 120.... i don't want to go over 120 again....so bouncing between 115-120 i am very happy with, but i still need to shave off a few inches off my lower belly, now that is more of a challenge then anything!

    i also started at 1200 cals and didn't eat back exercise cals and it got me NO where except hungry.... After 2 months i started eating 1200 and all my exercise cals back and my losses were identical, no more/ no less..... then i gradually crept up to 1370 plus all exercise cals.... and my losses are the same if i have on,mostly i seem to maintain now a days.
