Motivation....

Or rather lack of it !

Anyone got any ideas of starting exercising again (apart from the obvious - smaller clothes, healthier etc) - I just can't seem to have the get up and go to re-start doing anything.

Eating is slowly going off the chart - but I am still managing to eat within my cal intake per day (ok, I have been over a few times since the start of the year)

I have 30DS, 3 Target Toning DVD's, a couple of Fitness Evolved "games" for the Kinect and use of YouTube for other various videos - so I know I have it all there, I just need to get "back into it" - also got some weights and I still walk to work (although that I have no choice about!) and I've been using the Runtastic App to do my calories for that.

Anyone else gone through similar sort of phase and how did you manage to get yourself back into it?

Advice would be greatly appreciated.

    My motivation is PICTURES!! I love looking at the success pictures on here, as well I created a page on PINTREST of pics that really motivate me. Hope that helps darlin.
