THURSDAY (Feb 7) MINI CHALLENGE

250 SEATED LEG EXTENSIONS

Sit upright in a chair and grip the seat on the sides.
Raise one leg, extending the knee, flexing the ankle as you do so.
Slowly move that leg outward as far as you can, and then back to the center and down.
Repeat on your other leg. (and to be clear, it’s 125 per leg for a total of 250)

You can do these without weights, or if that isn’t challenging enough, use an ankle weight. No ankle weights? Try draping a damp towel over your ankle.
