Almost a month in and i'm thinking that the next step for me would be to make some friends. i felt a little weird just sending a random request. I am very committed to this journey and check in everyday. I think it would be fun to go through this journey with fellow MFP members. I also am looking for myfitnesspal friends. My family got me a Fitbit for Christmas so I have been using that as motivation. It tells me just how lazy I am.
We just moved the family to Denver so I would especially like some friends here but anyone that is looking to loose weight and get off the couch would be great.

Hey. Just started this week, and would like to maintain relationships forever! That's because I am now (all of a sudden) committed to being healthy into my menopause years and beyond. I love that the tracker helps not just with calories but all main vitamins and fats, etc., so I look at that stuff every day.
