I'm still really new to all this eatting well, healthy, portioning food thing. My hubby came home with a food scale for us to use and be more exact, however, It's in Grams and I don't know how to convert it into ouces or other messurements.
Any suggestions?

There are a lot of sites available on the internet, but here is the one I like the best, because it does grams to ounces, or ounces to grams--ON THE SAME PAGE-so whichever you need, you can get the answer ASAP.. Just type in the number you have in the appropriate box and the other number will come up.
