I'm still really new to all this eatting well, healthy, portioning food thing. My hubby came home with a food scale for us to use and be more exact, however, It's in Grams and I don't know how to convert it into ouces or other messurements.
Any suggestions?

I'm sure you're wanting to be a bit more precise, but the Bill Phillips Body for Life teaches that you should have a protein the size of a deck of cards, and your carbs and starches enough to fit in the palm of your hand,Rule of thumb,no punn intended.

google converting grams to ounces - lots of conversion sites
  • Does it have instructions? There may be a way to switch between the 2 measurements.

There are a lot of sites available on the internet, but here is the one I like the best, because it does grams to ounces, or ounces to grams--ON THE SAME PAGE-so whichever you need, you can get the answer ASAP.. Just type in the number you have in the appropriate box and the other number will come up.
