Hey everyone! I'm not sure if you rememeber me, but this is my third time back. Now that it's summer, I think I'm going to stick with exercising. I'm working on making a routine that I can stick to. Wish me luck. :)

    Maybe it's a sign you will do much better if you never leave and make it a life style. I notice all the people who are successful and it's a way of life. I'm trying to learn from those who fought this battle before me stick it out through thick and thin. best wishes to you
