I finished my insanity round 1 yesterday but have not lost any weight ... In fact I gained 4kg .. I used to b 69 n now 73... I may say I feel more fitter n my clothes fit the same but why didn't I loose at least 1 pound... Just before I started insanity I did low callee die (600 calories) and also cambridge diet so could it be that why I haven't lost any weigh n gained instead cuz my body wasn't used to the extra calories...?
Am starting round 2 tomorrow ... According to the calculation I should be havin 1900 calories but I seems way too much and especially now after the resut I am scared to gain weight..
Am confused and don't know what to to.... HELPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!
Am 23, 5'5 and 73kg....

The answer is in your post! Your body is hanging on to any weight it can! For your ht/wt, 1900 calories is a reasonable amount, especially if you're doing Insanity. A heart rate monitor will also help in calculating how much you are burning and will enable you mentally to up your calories when monitoring your daily intake.
You will be pleasantly surprised at how good you feel and how much weight you will lose when you eat back your exercise calories!0
