I'm asking this because I'm a semi-pro athlete and ewe realy don't follow most of the conventional exercises listed in the database. There's no resting between set in a circuit round, only between rounds. I'm trying to get this as accurate as possible.

Best thing to do would to be get a heart rate monitor for when you working out. That way it will give you a better idea of what you are personally burning instead of what other people have pre-loaded on MFP.0

I do P90X and use a HRM-Polar FT4. The P90X guide says you will burn 600 each work out but definitely not the case and you don't want to over/underestimate!0

Wow, thanks for the responses. Is there a way to manually enter what I've burned in a day here?0
