Just a PSA since I surprised a couple friends by posting about realizing my Coke Zero was dated for Dec 31th.

Usually they're dated for 2-4 months out when you get them. The sweetener loses flavor around the expiration date and after. Still safe to drink.

    All soda has an expiration date. It will eventually go flat, even when unopened.

    Was not aware of this myself until I walked into the vending area at work & saw all the bottles of expired soda the vending machine guy left out for people to take because they couldn't sell it anymore.

    Tasted fine to me.

    My dad actually held onto a pop tab pepsi from the 80's and it finally corroded through the can in the early 2000's.

    Could you imagine the taste? Pops past expiration taste gross enough as it is lol.
