Chobani Yogurt healthy?

Is Chobani yogurt healthy? I am learning to understand food labels, and 19g of sugar seems like a lot... I guess it was better than the snickers I was craving though.

Use plain. The fruit filled yogurt will have a lot of sugar as fruit is mostly sugar. It is very good for you. Great protein and 5 different probiotic cultures. I use it in my smoothies every day. In the last 5 months I have maybe gone 4-6 days without it, tops. I use it in conjunction with Lifeway Kefir, adding a profile of 15 different probiotic bacteria that I eat every day!!! Life is so much better for me now!0

Plain w/your own fruit/mix-ins added is the way to go! But yeah - chobani vs snickers - Chobani is the much better choice.0

Go for the plain. I was eating the fruit flavored chobani's for awhile and although they taste really good, I went for the plain because I was eating waaaay too much sugar and a lot of it came form my daily yogurt. I like to put a packet of stevia in mine and add in dried raspberries - makes for a pretty good snack.0
