specific exercises for flattening stomach post baby?

i am losing weight and my strength is increasing. but my stomach is still disproportionately larger than the rest of me, due to being pregnant over a year ago. do i just need to do crunches or sit ups to flatten it or is there some other exercise that would be be best? any tips or advice welcome!

  • Hi! I have learned from having 3 kids that we all have 6 packs, but some of us have more fat sitting on top of it to see it, so you have to lose weight all over your body to lose weight on your stomach. I would always walk for 20-30 minutes each day and watch what i ate and the weight did come off and off the belly too... hope this helps
