i feel so pathetic!
By day 5 i was well into level 1, i could do it all no problem. With level 2 im on day 5 and i had to stop after half the cardio on circuit three. I have to completely modify all the moves and actually feel like crying i feel so terrible lool.

how do you all do it?

Be patient and just keep doing your best. One thing that helped me was carving out extra time. That way, I could stop, breath, then start up again at my own pace. I would make myself finish the whole thing, even if it took longer. After a while, I was pushing through the whole thing. And remember, the levels were designed to be more challenging as you move up, so you should be struggling!! Good luck!

Be patient with yourself. You're not a good or bad person based on how you keep up with jillian. It's supposed to be hard and a real physical challenge. Give yourself time to get stronger and adapt to the moves. It may take you longer than ten days and that's perfectly fine. There's no need to feel bad about how you do as long as you're trying your best and giving it all you can give. And think about it, you're still doing laps around those who chose to do nothing. *hugs*

I find level two much harder than one! I've only done two days but I haven't gone all the way through without breaks so far. Keep going! It will get better!

It's not suppose to be easy, it is suppose to challenge you... Everyday you show up and press play, do a little bit better than the day before. Definitely don't give up. Challenge yourself and a little further into it you'll see the change and get the moves down. The body is a lot stronger than the mind. You can totally freakin do it!!! :):):):) Stay with it! And by no way are you pathetic!!!

Yup, just had my second go of L2 today. I still had to take breaks and by the last circuit, my form suffered a lot and I was a sweaty breathless mess and my muscles felt like jelly. So you're not alone at all in how you feel. But, I did a little better than I did the first time and the next time I do it I'll do a bit better still. We've got this! In time we'll be talking about how we've done L2 for a while now and it's so easy we hardly sweat. lol well maybe not but we'll get stronger and have better endurance and be ready to take on L3!
