new routine. help a kid out.

Starting tomorrow this will be my weekly routine.

FRIDAY : 30 day shred, ripped in 30, 30+ min of cardio
SATURDAY : 30 day shred
SUNDAY : 30 day shred, ripped in 30, 30+ min of strength
MONDAY : 30day shred, ripped in 30,30+ min of cardio
TUESDAY : 30day shred, ripped in 30, 30+ min of strength
WEDNESDAY : 30 day shred, ripped in 30, 30+ min of cardio
THURSDAY : 30 day shred, ripped in 30, 30+ min of cardio.

My goal is to lose inches, tone up & drop a few lbs.
I ALWAYS eat back exercise calories. How many net calories should I set mfp to? I currently have it set to 1450. Too little, too much?
I am 5'7, 18, & in the 140s.
Feel free to add me & help me out. Please.

    That's a lot of cardio. I now JM uses weights, but they're so high rep, it's more cardio than strength, Rally. I don't know about ripped in 30, though. Is it higher weights, lower reps? You need a good heavy lifting program or you might lose muscle and end up "skinny fat". I'm there now, and wish I'd lifted heavier earlier.
  • I'm only on week 1 of ri30 but so far its a lot like shred. I'm using 3 lb weight right now but I think I should bump up to 5
  • "30 min strength" is very vague. What exactly do you mean by this?
