"Jalapeno Popper" chicken recipe?

I saw a post in here at one point that someone had a blog with a jalapeno popper chicken breast recipe that was easy and low-cal, and I can't find it anywhere now! It was basically chicken breasts topped with a cream cheese mix spread on top. Anyone have a good recipe or know the one I'm talking about? thanks!

Hungry Girl has a really good, low calorie jalepeno popper grilled cheese. Not the same, but in the same vein.

I made it about 2 weeks ago......it is wonderful! My new favorite recipe.....I took all the seeds out of the peppers.....next time I will leave some in to give it a little heat!
