If I make my own almond butter with 100g of almonds, will it weigh the same after I process it in my food processor?

Yes, as long as you take nothing out and put nothing in. However, some of the almond butter will stick to the sides and blades of the processor, so after transferring it from the processor to whatever container you're keeping it in, you'll probably lose a couple grams.0
