Skinny Meatloaf Muffins with BBQ Sauce

Found this recipe on skinnykitchen.com . They are so easy to make, using a muffin pan and delicious. I had them with plain mashed sweet potato (with a little Smart Balance spread) and a bed of wilted baby kale and baby spinach.
