Hi
My name is Lorraine and my daughter gets married in august. I want to lose at least a stone and so have started calorie counting combined with exercise so here goes.
I am terrible about will power, it seems to float out of the window at the earliest opportunity. I have a busy job and like to socialise so to help yesterday I went shopping and bought all of my food in calorie counted packets.
Breakfast will be cereal or porridge, lunch soups, something on toast or pasta and evening meals will be weight watchers or waitrose low fat meals. At least I will get to see what 1400 calories a day is like.
Any useful tips or hints or support just holler :-)

Counting calories is important. Eating enough but not too much is the problem. I believe that exercise is the KEY..0
