Side-boob!

Anyone have any good exercises to help get rid of side-boob... ya know, that pesky area right underneath your armpits? I have a little more jiggle there than I'd like and I would love to get rid of some of it before the return of spring and tank tops. Thanks!

    Yes when I'm wearing a sports bra I have major side boob bulbage. With my perfectly measure fitting bras I don't have it at all.

    you can't spot reduce, you can try to spot tone by doing chest flies and other exercises that work your chest, arms, and shoulders, but that won't get rid of the fat, it might just tone up the underlying muscles.

    it also has a lot to do with your bra, as the other commenter mentioned. if the band is too big and the cups are the wrong size, you likely have the straps as short/tight as they can go so you feel like your boobs are "pulled in close enough" for lack of a better way to describe it. when your bra fits like that, it has the tendency to make that weird bulge by the armpit. i suggest trying a smaller band and a larger cup.

    also keep in mind that ALMOST EVERYONE has this issue, it's the same as having thighs that seem to spread out when you sit down, and a stomach that gets creases and rolls in it when you move. that's what happens with flesh!

    You can't spot reduce. Tire boob will go when the rest of the flab does. Little by little. Keep up the good work.
