Hello there, I am a returning member and have recently completed the reboot program. As I fill out my food diary, I see there are several mean green juice options and some differ in calories. Anyone know why that is and which one I should use? I am currently using the one that says reboot mean green. Any thoughts??

It kinda depends on how efficiently your own juicer juices and how much pulp is discarded. What kind of juicer do you have? It might just be easier to count the calories of the whole vegetable, since it really isn't all that much less.0

Thank you, I have a Jack Lalanne. I guess you're right. It just seemed like a large amount of calories for natural juice.0
