    You look so teeny tiny! What a transformation. I don't remember ever being in a single digit since I was 13. Makes me wonder if I could ever be there. You are a wonderful inspiration! Be very proud!

    Wow, great job! Do you have a local gym with a weights class - might be more enjoyable if you're doing weights with a group rather than on your own? Keep up the great work, although no idea where those last 25lbs are going to go from, you don't look as though you have 25lbs to lose! Way to go xx

Thanks for sharing , I would love to be in an eight..But I will take a 10 or 12..all depends on how I feel when I reach my goal..You sure don't look like you have 25 more lbs to lose..But keep up the great work..you will get there.. PS..... I always did cardio also so about 3 wks. ago I started doing strength training..So I hope it does the same for me...:smile:
