North Central Illinois where I live is dry, we can still see the dead grass and have only had a couple inches which has been spread out so it has not piled up. Usually it blows away in the wind.

NYC is expected to get a foot! That's going to paralyze the whole city. They don't know how to deal with snow here

I think there is a barrier along NC borders that rarely allows snow to enter.

We get rain...freezing rain...sleet...ice. Of course everything shuts down at the mere mention of a possible threat! :ohwell:

Thank goodness this about snow. I see 18 to 20 inches and feel really inadequate.

Well, I'm in Albuquerque, NM...it's sunny and 55*. We're supposed to maybe, possible get a little rain tomorrow night. I would kill for some snow right now, it's been bone dry here all winter which is going to make for a nasty fire season this year.

No snow at all yet this winter, 20 miles north of Seattle. None of the other stuff either. :/
