Is snot making me fat? I walk 2 miles home after work every night and I have been wondering about something. Are there calories in snot?? Becuse my nose runs in this cold weather, and I think I may accidentally swallow some. Will this cause me to gain weight? Should I include it in my food diary?? Should I just blow snot rockets while walking?
Please, serious answers only. This is not a joke!

i have seen ads for "Snot or gold" so essentially you could save your snot trade it for gold then trade you gold for cash!
then you could maybe afford some tissues!0 -
Snot is very low in calories. I wouldn't worry at all about it, in fact you should be substituting other high calorie foods with snot, like syrup, honey, and even butter.

Yes, there are 420 calories in each cup of snot you are eating. I would suggest an antihistamine prior to your walks. If you can't take one, then just walk around your living room for an hour. That should take care of the cold weather sniffles.0

Snot is salty and may be high in sodium0

In this case, just to be safe...Blow not swallow.
You're snot doing it right otherwise.0 -

Let's say, for the sake of argument, I thought you were serious, which I don't.
Comes out of one part of your body and back in another part. Balances itself out.

Don't confuse the blow <with the kind associated with hookers>! <I know absolutely positively nothing about anything of the sort>
Have a tissue...or a sleeve...whatever
