    Sure! So my BMR is about 1500. So if I follow your advice I can lay in bed doing nothing all day and still burn off two pounds a day!

    My metabolism burns 175 cals/hr. You're saying I will burn 875 cals/hr by using a little cinnamon? I already put cinnamon in my coffee often. WHY AM I NOT WASTING AWAY TO NOTHING?!?!?!

    does this mean i can still eat a triple cheeseburger with loaded fries as long as i take a spoonful of suga i mean cinnamon and it will make the scale go down, the scale go down. lol
