If any of you are here to just maintain your weight and make sure you're eating right, I'd like to hear from you, because that's what I'm on here for. I need somewhere to keep track of what I eat and how much I exercise each day, but could use some friends for encouragement

Feel free to add me, I'm just going for maintainance now. Like you I still need to log everything to make sure that my weight doesn't creep back up and to help me make healthy choices, but I'm happy where my weight is now.0

That'd be me!
I wouldn't mind decreasing my fat % a little but it hasn't budged in a year so i'm okay at where I am. i really just want to be more physically fit and eat the right things so i'm keeping track here. i had to disable notices when i lose weight because i kept getting congratulations! :P we can be friends if you'd like.
i definitely don't want to go under 98 lbs since then i'd be officially underweight, but i've still been the same weight for a year now.

After losing the weight I wanted to, I am maintaining- feel free to friend me! I need someone to keep track of me too0

Been maintaining for the past 6 months or so. Feel free to add me! Working on decreasing body fat and building muscle.0

That's my goal right now. I'm 8 weeks pregnant, so I'm trying to not gain too much and still log all that I eat. I'm not aiming to lose anything until after he/she is born.0

That's pretty much the whole reason I joined. I've never been overweight. I got sick of everyone telling me my good metabolism wouldn't be around forever, so I decided to learn about nutrition and fitness before whatever magic thing that is supposed to make me get fat when I get old happens.0

Same here. I joined the site AFTER having lost most of the weight I desired, and now that I've finally reached my "maintenance point", my goal is to try to work on tightening up the remainder (and putting back on a bit of muscle). Feel free to add me if you'd like, as I'm always interest in others thoughts/feedback on this part of the process....
Best regards,

I am also maintaining. I surpassed my goal weight and am working on eating healthy and toning up. Feel free to add me, OP or anyone else :-)0

I'm just maintaining as well! I'm basically focusing on seeing if I get all the recommended amounts of vitamins and nutrients that we all need and making sure I stay active...at least somewhat. It can get difficult to eat healthy and not get lazy or spend all your time studying in college.0

I am also maintaining. I have been for several months. Anyone is welcome to add me.0

Yep. Trying to eat better and track my exercise.0
-
Yep.
I mainly use this for my own log (someone to report to) so I don't over indulge.
And it keeps track of my runs too.0 -
Hey! I am here for similar reasons....looking to maintain weight, continue to eat healthy (smaller portions) and cook better! I still wouod like to lose 5lbs, but not going nuts over it. Would love to chat if you want another buddy0

Using MFP to help learn portion control and to keep track of my nutrition and exercise. It's a great program to help me hold myself accountable for what I eat.0

I've lost and bypass my goal. I'm currently maintaining and working on getting to 18% body fat. Anyone can add me! :flowerforyou:0

I am
I am at 168lbs and want to be at 165...
So my goal is really not to gain any weight. By tracking calories and exercise if I happen to gain weight
I would know why.
I do 4 spin classes, 3 body pumps and 2000 push ups a week.
Until my dog passed away I would also walk her at least 10 miles a week.
I eat at least 2500 calories a day.. Lots of Fruit, eggs and turkey. not saying thats good or bad but maintained
for over 2 years. .I also run a weight club at work where we weigh in weekly. If you go over an ounce you pay 2 dollars.
When I see people that need to lose 100lbs it seems very daunting and different than what I am experiencing.0 -
I'm here to make sure I exercise often and don't overeat. I've always had good nutrition and have never been fat, but I could stand to be a little more toned and I need to keep an eye on portion control.0

I'm maintaining and tracking my macros. Been doing it since 2011 I think.0

Me. I don´t have weight to lose, I´m at around my healthy minimum at the moment. I want to get more balanced, eat more varied diet, overcome my aversion to hot meals and learn to cook some easy, light and yummy things, feel more comfortable about food.0
-
I think I could stand to lose a little, but generally I'm in the "just be a little healthier" boat too. I've always been a fairly active person and my diet was never a junk-food-all-day one, but it could use some diversity.0

I've just started maintaining, feel free to add me as a friend.0

I'm here for the same reasons
. Added you.
