How heavy are your weights for that phase?

    I don't have my papers in front of me and of course everyone is different, but I'm pretty sure I was pretty close to where Chalene was lifting!

    I think the max I used was 15 pounds (per arm) during the Burn phase, and that was only on some of the lower body type exercises. I don't have my chart in front of me, but I typically was using 8lbs, 10 lbs, 12.5lbs, and 15lbs for the various exercises during Burn.

    Don't start off too heavy, you want to be able to push yourself to get thru it. I did CLX last year and it was a great program. I think I started at 5,8,10 lb weights but I had never worked out with weights before either. By the 3 rd week I had really upped my weights. Good luck with it.
    I may do it again in the spring.

    I went up to 15 pounds. I started at half what she was doing for each exercise and went up by about 1.5 pounds each time I did it.
