    Currently doing a mix of whatever feels good and 30 day shred. Before I got pregnant, I was just hitting the strength training and/or p90x. Now my son is 6 months old and I'm trying to get back to when I left off, then improve on that.

    You look awesome! It is so exciting when you start to see a little definition. My arms have always been blobs and now I can see definition and shoulders instead of lumps. Way to go! :)
