First time trying to lose weight. Where to begin...

24 years old. Not sure where to begin. Used some hand held weights today, its pretty cold so no walk today.

  • I m new too just try little things like i dance while i vaccum my floor or wash dishes . If you have stairs go up and down a few times that will burn calories just remember you dont need a gym or equipment to work out . Make sure you drink alot of water stay away from sugary drinks . Don't overwork yourself at first because you will be in pain just take it easy at first and remeber it wont be easy at first but just keepgoing never give up good luck with your journey.... :)
