I'm sure this has been posted somewhere, but after looking through 18 pages of posts I've given up...

How can I calculate the calories burned by doing this DVD? I haven't purchased a HRM but I know I need to. Help!!

The best way to know IMO is to use a HRM. However, I know a lot of people on here use the option of circuit training. Hope this helps.

I was doing insanity and logging my calories burned a lot higher then I used a HRM and found I was doing about 400, was worth the money.
  • Thanks you guys. For now I logged it as circuit training, but shaved 15 minutes off the time I actually worked out for. I'd rather eat fewer calories then eat more than I'm allowed =(

    Definitely gotta get a HRM!
