Dear Scale,
You are a useful tool but you are a tricky liar.
I've been under my calorie goal everyday for 10 days. I've been doing aerobics 3x per week. My underpants come up to my ribcage. My pants are loose. But you say I gained 2 lbs since last week.
I think I'll listen to my underpants.
Sincerely,
Me

You're a wise woman. Listen to the underpants.
lol. Great post0 -
What I hate about my scale is that it's a piece of crap. I have to stand on it five separate times. First it will tell me I'm over, then it will tell me I'm under, then it'll bounce around in between those numbers and I say **** IT and look in the mirror instead. I don't know if it's a cheap thing, if I don't realize I'm swaying when I'm on it, or if I fluctuate 3 pounds in three minutes. XD Maybe I'll buy a nice one soon if I can find some extra cash in my budget!0

hehehee...
yea I've taken a break from weighing as often because I can be doing everything right and then gain weight... then do everything wrong and lose weight.
It's the accumulation over time that results in eventual weight loss.0 -
I haven't honestly stepped on a scale in around 3 or 4 months. I've simply been doing measurements.
And this is the best I've felt about myself in.....forever.0 -
Thanks for your post. I stepped on the scale this morning. I thought I had done a great job but the scale didn't believe me. Don't give up! The scale will caught up...sooner or later.0

Waiting for the 'don't worry it will be muscle weight' comment.....0

Evidently there's a portal to another dimension right in front of my scale. In this dimension I weigh about a pound more. I know this because if I lean forward too far I enter this dimension and the scale shows the extra pound.0

MFP Should have a size loss goal instead of pounds lost goal0

Yes, exactly. The scale is tricky devil. I actually looked down one day and said, "Eff off". That's when I realized I was getting a little too concerned what the thing was saying...0

Lol love this post.:laugh:0
