Hi there! I am a 30 y/o mom of 2. Turning 30 has really changed my life. It is a total wake up call, and now I want to live a better/healthier lifestyle.
I have always been about average weight. Im so tired of looking at myself in the mirror and hating what I see (fat hanging over my pants, loose arms, flabby stomach, bigger thighs and butt)
13 days ago I started Jillian Micheals "30 Day Shred" I lost 2 lbs in the first 5 days! Im now on Level 2, day 3 of the 30 DS. So far I am down 2 inches. I will weigh myself again after Im done the 10 days on Level 2.
My goal is to be fit and healthy. I want to wear a bathing suit for once and not worry about fat and cellulite. I want to wear SHORTS in the summer, and not sweat to death wearing capri pants! I want toned arms! So much I want lol
Im looking forward to meeting others here, make friends, and motivate each other.

I am working my way through the 30DS too! I'm only on Day 2 though... I'll be sending a friend request to you and I will help motivate you to keep up the hard work if you'll do the same for me!0

Thank you very much. I accepted the request. Good for you! Its hard the first 4 days, but your muscles adapt and it gets easier!
Im on level 2 day 3. And my mucles arent sore the next day, its the endurance part I need to build up, and be able to carry through each set. Im not giving up though, and have been doing it everyday!0 -

I'm in the same boat as you! Minus being a 30 year old mom. I'm also doing 30 Days Shred (did Day 17 today.) Seeking very chatty, motivated friends! I'm tired of people adding me and then never talking0
