Is it possible to lose so much body fat in 2 1/2 months?

When I first started working out at LA Fitness over 2 months ago, I did a body fat % and it was 14.4.

I checked it again tonight and it was 10.0.

I did it at the same time of the evening and prior to eating dinner.

I used the machine that you punch in the numbers and then hold it with your arms outstretched.

Is it possible to lose 4.4 points in 2 1/2 months? I know the machines are not 100% accurate.

And as far as my workout: I alternate nights of 1 hour of cardio and one hour of weight machines.

    Addition:

I am at my goal weight of 165 and have not gained or lost any weight since October 2012.

Thanks. I am not sure about it either. I was happy at 14. 10 seems a bit low. I will check it again next week.

I did all the math calculations on the websites, where you put in all your measurments and I keep getting the 13-15 range. So, I agree that the test I did is not accurate.

The electrical resistance ones can be inaccurate. Try a couple times and see what you get. They can be influenced by your level of hydration and other factors,
