Sodium vs water intake

Does anyone know if your daily sodium levels will fluctuate at all if you increase your daily water intake? I'm just wondering if I go over on my sodium but maybe drink more water, if it will even itself out a bit...suggestion, opinions, criticisms please!

If you increase your sodium intake, try to increase your potassium intake. I aim for 2:1 K to Na.0

I'm not planning to increase it- I just notice that I go over on sodium more often than anything else, and I'm trying to find a way to balance it out...what types of food are good for potassium? I have a lot of allergies to food, mostly fruit and the ones that I know of that are high in potassium (like bananas) are an absolute NO for me0
