Ground Chicken???

Hey All,
So I accidentally bought ground chicken at the grocery store, instead of my usual ground turkey. I was thinking chicken patties, but I wanted to do something a little tastier…any suggestions?

Ground chicken makes awesome tacos. Just use it the way you would ground beef. We buy it just for that and have for years! Yummy!

Sweet and Sour Meatballs:

1 lb ground chicken, 1/2 C milk, 3/4 C whole wheat bread crumbs ( 4C) , 1 egg, 1packet of Four Seasons italian dressing seasoning. Mix together and form small cocktail sized meatballs and drop into pot with 1 jar chili sauce or cocktail sauce and 1/2 C Grape jelly. Simmer 45 min on Low . These are awesome. Serve with brown rice

I just made yummy burgers with homemade wheat breadcrumbs, fresh garlic and chopped onions. Came out good. 9 burgers out of 1 pack of ground chicken. I also use it for meatballs and meatloaf. That's the basic recipe for all of them. And I add what I feel like at the time
