Or i heard giving ur self a free day will help reset. Also i know about the dieting with the road map on here so anything new or different will help if its upping cals that's fine and did it really help u? Did u go back to a decent weight loss and do u go back to the cals u were taking in? Also i want nice people to comment not rude people i dont need to have negative things said to me at this point in my life so please if u dont have anything nice to say please dont comment at all :) Thank You for ur support and concern My Fitness Pals get me through my weight loss challenges :)

After two months of my plateau, I stopped doing so much cardio, started nrol4w and upped my calories. I haven't been losing much scale weight, but inches are coming off, pants fit looser and my body looks way better.

I dropped a majority of my weight on a 1200 cal diet and then in July I hit a wall... it seemed like no matter what I did I didnt drop any weight no matter what I did! So after about 5 months of this crap I decided to try the Road map by Dan and up my calories 100-150 every two weeks to my BMR and see what happen. Within the first week of eating above my BMR below my TDEE I started seeing 1-2 pound weight loss a week without exercise. I have more energy, I feel better and am actually able to work out again without feeling like crap :)

I started doing this around the 2nd week of Jan and since that time I have lost 10lbs without exercise since my hours at work have been crazy!

    Hope this helps :)
