i just threw up a few minutes ago, NOT induced. i was just wondering how many calories i will have kept.. i dont want to be too low. i ate about twenty minutes before, so was that enough time to keep all the calories i ate.. or should i eat again ? thanks!

food generally needs to be in your system 30 minutes... eat something lite just incase you have a slight bug!0

You want to drink as well because when you throw up you lose your fluid and electrolytes. Be careful that you aren't over working out because when I was a hard core gymnast I use to throw up after every intense work out NOT INDUCED. Our coach at the time said that was good but now that I am a nurse I know that was horrible. I hope you feel better.0
