    Amazing change. Congrats on sticking with it. Have you ever heard of Pete Sisko and "Train Smart." It's all about "Static Contraction." If you want to make great gains fast and workout less, reading this is a must. It will change your life.

    Don't worry about the pics - I think it has more to do with MFP's forum formatting than it does your source site. People can right click on the images and choose "view image" and they will see the full-size photos sans clipping.
