Hi all! This is my first week in, and I'm surprised how easy this has been! Determined to keep it up, but I accept that I could have setbacks. I see so much positivity through these threads and am greatful to have found such a large group of strangers who support eachother! I know we are all striving to be "beautiful", but we need to remember that beauty comes from the inside as well! Good luck everyone, I look forward to "hangin' out" with you all!

    I actually think I'm a pretty neat person! Now, when this extra weight is off I'll have an even better outlook of myself!
